Oxford, 7 November 2025.
It was finally the day that I've been dreaming of. Your girl is officially an Oxford Graduate.
I'm still processing the fact that I have completed my master's in the most magical city.
The city of dreaming spires.
Not to mention that I celebrated the milestones with those who I could never have finished this degree without... my parents came to Oxford.
Experiencing Oxford for the second time with them was truly magical. I got to show them all the places I used to tell over the phone.
The places where I studied until late at night, where I cried thinking I couldn't do this anymore, questioning my life choics, while at the same time wondering, what would it be if I just stayed?.
I used to think that life stops after med school, but girl, no... the world is indeed your playground.
If you had told my 12 year olf self who was busy reading Harry Potter in the living room that she was going to get a degree from Oxford, the Harry Potter film location, with a full ride scholarship, she would have had told you you've lost your mind.
ternyata sekarang aku sudah menjalani episode kehidupan mbak-mbak yang dulunya cuma bisa aku baca kisahnya di blog saja.
ternyata aku berdiri mengenakan toga di depan bangunan yang dulunya cuma ada di mimpiku saja
ternyata aku sudah selesai dengan episode "hidup dan belajar di luar negeri itu"
rasanya banyak sekali yang ingin aku tuangkan,
tentang bagaimana hidupku satu tahun terakhir ini banyak sekali mengubah pola pikir,
tentang ketakutan ku kembali ke Indonesia, kembali menjadi dokter, dan terus dihantui pertanyaan, "setelah ini apa?"
